Academy for disabled journalists
The Academy for Disabled Journalists (ADJ), founded in 2018, empowers disabled individuals to pursue careers in journalism. Starting with our ‘Roving Reporter’ program, we saw the potential to turn storytelling into professional opportunities.
In partnership with the NCTJ, we offer fully accessible online courses, enabling students to study journalism without barriers through weekly Zoom classes and distance learning.
Now in its fifth year, the ADJ supports students at both introductory and diploma levels, equipping them with the skills to succeed.
