OPINION: Let us start with some facts and figures. At least 10% of Kiwis have dyslexia and another 5% have related neurodiverse conditions.

That is 750,000 Kiwis. In the New Zealand workforce that is 412,500 employees (and sometimes employers).

This figure describes Kiwis who are intelligent but struggle with words (dyslexia),or with numbers (dyscalculia) or with concentration and impulse (ADHD).
