‘Super six’ as Surrey Para Games returns – Eagle Radio

More than 300 local school children have taken part in the 2019 Surrey Para Games.

The games was born out of the Waverley Para Games and conceived by South West Surrey MP Jeremy Hunt following his involvement in the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.

Now in its sixth year, the Surrey Para Games has become a firm fixture in the Surrey School Games Programme.

It’s open to all Surrey school children in Years 7-10 with special educational needs and disabilities – including those within mainstream schools.
