A newborn baby who has Down syndrome has already formed an adorable bond with her twin sister who doesn’t. Josie Frantz was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, on May 7 and quickly made best friends with her fraternal twin Jaclyn, who does not have Downs.
Odds of having one twin with Down syndrome and another without are around one in a million. The girls’ mother Rachael Frantz, 38, said her babies are already displaying their own personality quirks – but that they get on like a house on fire.
