Microsoft has released a line of versatile and customizable peripherals designed to make using Windows PCs easier for individuals with disabilities.
Created in partnership with members of the disability community, Microsoft’s Adaptive Accessories line includes an Adaptive Mouse, Adaptive Hub and Adaptive Button. The Microsoft Adaptive Mouse is a simply designed mouse core with two buttons and a wheel. It can be used by itself or with the Adaptive Mouse Tail and Thumb Support that allows users to switch between right- and left-handed use. 3D-printed mouse tail designs are also available opens in a new windowfrom Shapeways.
