A PARALYSED woman claims she was denied a shower by care workers for two weeks.

Lynn Callan, 51, was told she could not be moved to the bathroom because her worn out sling was too unsafe - but carers continued to use the special equipment to lift her in and out of bed.

Spina bifida sufferer Lynn, who lives at home in Larkhall, in South Lanarkshire, with cancer-stricken mum Elizabeth, 72, says they feel totally abandoned by social services.
