Good Access Guide was formed by a group of friends who all had something in common – they had all sustained a spinal injury. Read on to find out more about the Good Access Guide team
How it all started…
And this was back in 2001 when websites were all still a bit new-fangled.
The guys behind the Good Access Guide were working hard building a travel company aimed at making travel for disabled people easier and doable – and they were good at it. Their work has enabled thousands of disabled people and their families to experience overseas travel that works for them.
Well the guys are still involved with the business as very active shareholders with the day-to-day running of the business resting with Wendy Takman and Ian Carter.
It’s a small team running both the Good Access Guide and Equo – that’s the online training part of the company.
We are immensely proud of the work we do and are always striving to improve and grow. We endeavour to provide great levels of service to all our customers and do that with courtesy, professionalism and a touch of humour.
We’re a friendly bunch and are more than happy to chat about how we can help you…
So whether you want to effectively promote your business on the Good Access Guide or find out how Disability Awareness Training can give your staff added confidence when dealing with disabled customers – give us a call today.
And we’re proud to be based in Suffolk and so lucky to have fantastic beaches and the beautiful Suffolk countryside just minutes away from our office.
Help us to help others…
If there’s a really great business that you use and feel others should know about, drop us a line. They need to be getting it right for all their customers whether it’s holiday accommodation, a restaurant, taxi firm – whatever.
