Proposed location for the new housing development

 
Tiphereth, a charity that provides work, accommodation and support to people living with learning disabilities, is hoping to add to its portfolio of three residential care homes in the city.

The charity has submitted plans to build nine flats and two houses, for use by carers and those in need of support, on an unused former car park by Torphin Road, at the foot of the Pentland Hills.
