Further funding needed to find a cure for motor neurone disease – The Daily Telegraph

The CEO of the Motor Neurone Disease Association of NSW has told Sky News that extensive research is still required to find a cure for the paralysing illness. With an average life expectancy of 27 months and the ability to hit anyone at any time, Graham Opie says the only current solution is to help people keep their independence.
